Bike Checks: New Overhaul Service on a Giant TCR!

We will be featuring bikes that are full overhaul service at Tionghin from now and having a bike checks on the complete assembly!

The bike was in a damage condition when it was brought to us, he would like to have it alive again and we decided to bring it back!

Details details details. We mean it!
We do provide full polishing services during the Overhaul service entirely to complete the package!

Complete reassemble!


Details overhaul of the bike.


Cockpit with Shimano Ultegra shifter and brake.


Giant carbon fork, checked for damage or cracks (Safety) and polished down to get it back alive!


Shimano Ultegra crankset and Shimano Ultegra front derailleur.


Rear transmission with Shimano Ultegra cassette and rear derailleur. The Shimano Ultegra Chain was replace due to the bad and deep rusted condition itself.


Wheels rebuild and true again.


Pads were change due to the worn condition of the old Ultegra pads.


Full polish provided by us.


Its back on the road again!

Cockpit neatly done with Shimano Ultegra shifter and brake combo.


Front drive train with Truvativ GXP crank and Shimano 105 front derailleur.


Rear transmission with Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur and YBN SL 9 speed chain.


Polished process.


Tekro brakes to finish up the braking.


Shimano wheelset with internal bearings and freewheel overhaul and lubed.

Bike Checks: New Build on a Eddy Merckx EMX-5!
